What data we process and why
- Order management: name, address, email, phone and purchase details, to process, ship and invoice your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Customer service: the data you give us when you write to us. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, performance of the contract.
- Marketing communications: your email, only if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Legal obligations: keeping invoices and tax data. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors: Shopify (shop platform and payment gateway), [PENDIENTE: Empresa(s) de transporte] (delivery) and [PENDIENTE: proveedor de email marketing, si se usa]. Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to oudspain@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
